Bobby Figura

Administrative Assistant

Bobby Figura is our Administrative Assistant and a valued member of the Client Experience team. He manages the distribution of both our assessments and surveys through question creation, result compilation and data analysis. He is also responsible for managing our office supplies, shipping both coach and client materials and preparing resources for in-person client events. Bobby also helps ensure our webinars are seamlessly executed by providing technology and logistics support behind the scenes. He supports the organization’s overall success through various projects stretching across different departments.

Prior to joining Building Champions in 2022, Bobby worked as the manager of a storage facility in Oregon. Previously, he held a sales position at a car audio store and served as a brand ambassador for KIND bars, working at their company events. With a degree in Microbiology from Oregon State University, Bobby applied his studies to his work in a lab that performed environmental testing to determine the levels of sediment, PH and other solutes in water through trace level analysis. 

Bobby currently lives in Portland, Oregon.
