Cara O’Halloran

Content Marketing Manager

Cara O’Halloran is our Content Marketing Manager. She creates content, writes copy, produces our podcast and leads our social media. Cara acts as project manager for marketing and content-related initiatives and also manages relationships with external freelancers.

Previously, within Building Champions, Cara managed the Client Services department where she led the team of coordinators and assistants as they supported the Executive Coaches. Also, she worked closely with the Principal Coaches providing research and support to the coaching practice. She first joined BC in 2015 as a coordinator where her responsibilities included calendar management, travel coordination, and expense report processing in administrative support of our Executive Coaches along with writing and editing for the Marketing department.

Cara’s past work experience prior to BC includes coordination within the talent acquisition department of a global footwear company, recruiting for a private university and a marketing internship with a foodservice organization. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications.

Born and raised in Oregon, Cara resides in Portland.
