Executive Assistant to CEO Mentors

Estela Neal is the Executive Assistant to our CEO Mentors. She partners with them to best serve our clients, acting as a resource and liaison for both mentor and client. Estela provides calendar management, expense report processing and overall technological and client support for our team of CEO Mentors—so they can provide concierge-level service to their C-suite, executive and senior level clients.

Before joining Building Champions in 2022, Estela worked in the film and television industry in Los Angeles, California. She started out working behind the scenes of films and shows, but her organizational skills and flexible attitude were quickly noticed by multiple celebrities—and she became a personal assistant to a few famous actors (who will remain nameless). After six years of working on various features and television shows both in L.A. and on location, Estela decided to pursue real estate and became a licensed agent. As an active realtor, she loves supporting her clients through the home-buying process, recognizing that the journey can be both incredibly personal and stressful. She provides them with top-level service and her full attention to help them find their perfect home.

Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Estela currently resides in Portland, Oregon with her husband and stepson.
