Rachel Schoenheider

Sales Operations Specialist

Rachel Schoenheider is our Sales Operations Specialist—essentially the air traffic controller of our sales pipeline. She ensures all operational processes run smoothly from an initial inquiry to a client onboarding with their Executive Coach. Rachel manages a variety of assessment processes, prepares materials for in-person events, and creates new business proposals. She brings acute attention to detail and a high degree of excellence to all processes and workflows to allow our team to work efficiently and our clients to experience an outstanding level of service.

Previously, within Building Champions, Rachel worked in our Content department where she managed assessment distribution, handled material requests, and created proposals. Also, she has supported our Accounting department, as needed.

Rachel joined Building Champions in 2017 and brought with her 15 years of people and department management experience. She spent 10 years at HSBC, Inc.—beginning as an associate and ending as the National Quality Manager. She managed the escalation unit and was a driving force to ensure all customers received world-class service. Also, Rachel previously worked at an in-home design service company where she managed the day-to-day functions of multiple departments. She was responsible for accounts receivable and managed process documentation for three different departments during a CRM upgrade.

A native Minnesotan, Rachel has lived in the Pacific Northwest long enough to have mostly lost her accent—currently residing in Portland, Oregon.
